1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving1 your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping2 Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping (within India):

    • Standard Shipping:
      • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
      • Cost: Calculated at checkout, often with a nominal charge for lower-value orders and free shipping for orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹999).
    • Express Shipping (if offered):
      • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
      • Cost: A higher specific charge, as calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping:

    • Currently, Zokpo.com ships domestically within India only.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order's progress by clicking on the link provided in the email or by visiting the tracking page on our website.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Our primary carriers include: Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, and India Post.

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Reshipment will incur additional shipping charges, which will be the customer's responsibility. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued for the product cost only, minus the original shipping charges.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Zokpo.com is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier3 to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your4 package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office5 first. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
